I am not only a personal trainer, strength coach, and nutritionist.

I'm an 8-time National Bodybuilding Champion who used a cancer diagnosis as motivation to help others accomplish their fitness goals.



In 1996, when holding my Mr. Wales award, I questioned, "Why just transform myself?"

That's when I promised to share my expertise, experience, and unwavering determination with the world.



Then, in 2020, cancer and COVID lockdowns occurred. But I refused to let them define me. Instead, I used my seclusion to become a certified fitness and nutrition coach, giving me a strong purpose at a difficult period.



Today, I am cancer-free, healthier than ever, and my clients are exceeding their goals.
